<dc:description>There are some peculiar phenomena in non-commutative field theories.　One is
the planer limit that nonplaner diagrams arising from non-commutativity of space-
time disappear in the maximal non-commmutativity. We send the parameter θ which
presents the non-commutativity to ∞.　The other is the UV/IR mixing that ultra-
violet divergences in the commutative case change into infrared divergences due to
non-commutative parameter θ.　Then, we study whether nonplaner diagrams disap-
pear, when we fix θ and take the external momentum p → ∞ limit instead.　We
perform explicit two loop calculation to confirm the above limit by using perturbation
theory.　And, we calculate the effective action of non-commutative gauge theories to see
infrared singular terms due to UV/IR mixing. We discuss the meaning of the terms
from the point of view of instability in the system.</dc:description>
