The rapid change of technologies and societies has brought the collapse of traditions and consequent loss of the confidence in people. This compels us to change our sense of value. It might lead to the egalitarianism and the inclination for the avoidance of conflicts. It might be easily followed by “mono-tone” and “inactive” societies. 
A variety of talents, perspectives need to be cultivated and the creativity and leadership need to be more focused in higher education and for the future of our society.
