In the α-lactalbumin reaction, we have firmly established the equivalence between the kinetic intermediate and the equilibrium molten globule state, and obtained further information about dehydration from the highly hydrated folding intermediate during a late stage of refolding. In the chaperonin study, we have successfully observed the kinetics of the allosteric transition of GroEL that occurs with a rate constant of about 3–4 s-1 at 5°C. The combination of the time-resolved X-ray scattering with other spectroscopic techniques such as circular dichroism and intrinsic fluorescence is thus very effective in understanding the conformational transitions of proteins and protein complexes.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"IOS Press"}]},"item_10001_rights_15":{"attribute_name":"権利","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_rights":"©2002 IOS Press "}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0712-4813","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"KUWAJIMA, Kunihiro "}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2361","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"ARAI, Munehito"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"2491","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"et, al."}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3119","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"The use of the time-resolved X-ray solution scattering for studies of globular proteins","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"The use of the time-resolved X-ray solution scattering for studies of globular proteins"},{"subitem_title":"The use of the time-resolved X-ray solution scattering for studies of globular proteins","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"21","path":["323"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2014-03-17"},"publish_date":"2014-03-17","publish_status":"0","recid":"4306","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["The use of the time-resolved X-ray solution scattering for studies of globular proteins"],"weko_creator_id":"21","weko_shared_id":21},"updated":"2023-06-20T14:15:41.881964+00:00"}
