{"created":"2023-06-20T13:24:09.837689+00:00","id":5541,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"ce2d287e-ae11-41e6-9482-b408cab14456"},"_deposit":{"created_by":24,"id":"5541","owners":[24],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5541"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:ir.soken.ac.jp:00005541","sets":["28:43:486"]},"author_link":["6974","6972","6971"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2017-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"13","bibliographicPageEnd":"275","bibliographicPageStart":"265","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"総研大文化科学研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"Sokendai Review of Cultural and Social Studies","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_creator_23":{"attribute_name":"フリガナ","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"ヤマムラ, ショウ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究ノートは、森鷗外が大逆事件と陽明学の関連についてどのように考えていたかを井上哲次郎との比較を通して明らかにする。井上は大逆事件が起きた当時、背景に陽明学があると述べたが、鷗外が陽明学の具体的な思想や、事件のことに直接触れた作品は皆無である。しかし、事件の少し後に書かれた小説『大塩平八郎』は、大逆事件との関連が指摘されている。また同作品から、鷗外の陽明学観を考察した研究もある。ところが同作品を通して、鷗外が陽明学と大逆事件の関係をどのように考えていたか、考察した研究はない。それを同作品から読み解き、井上と比較する。\n\n事件の当時、大塩のために陽明学と謀反との関連を問題にすることは、珍しくなかった。井上は大逆事件の以前から、陽明学者・大塩の反乱行為が社会主義に通じるとして非難しており、陽明学に批判的な目を向けていた。さらに犯人の処刑後に開かれた講演会では、陽明学と事件が関連すると語った。そのような状況の中、鷗外が執筆の主な資料とした幸田成友の『大塩平八郎』は、大塩への肯定的な評価をしている。しかし鷗外の作品は、必ずしもそうではない。\n\n鷗外は井上に似て、大塩の動機を評価しながら、反乱には否定的であった。しかし、そのことと陽明学を関連づけてはいない。鷗外は大塩の行動が、貧困にあえぐ民衆のために引き起こされたとしており、「未だ覚醒せざる社会主義」であると考えた。鷗外は大塩の陽明学ではなく、社会主義につながる「暴力」を問題視していた。その裏には、大逆事件への非難がある。\n\n一方で、陽明学からは社会主義が生じなかったと書く。ここでは、陽明学そのものを批判の対象とはしておらず、大塩の暴挙のみを批判していた。よって鷗外は、大塩の奉じた陽明学と、大塩の行為を明確に分けて考えている。\n\nこの点で、鷗外と井上の見解は異なる。井上は大塩の行動が社会主義とつながり、陽明学も非難されるべきと考えた。鷗外は、救民のための大塩のおこないが社会主義に通じるとみなしていたが、その批判は大塩の暴力的な姿勢に向けられていた。鷗外は大塩という謀叛人が、飢饉によって生じたのであり、陽明学の影響ではないと考えた。両者の差は、大塩の行為に対する陽明学の影響への見解の差である。鷗外は陽明学から、大逆事件を起こすような反逆思想は出てこないと理解していた。\n\n\nThe aim of this paper is to show how Mori Ogai thought about the relation between Yangmingism and the 1910 High Treason Incident through a comparison of his thought with that of Inoue Tetsujiro’s. Whereas Inoue stated that the Incident, a socialist-anarchist plot to assassinate the Emperor, was related to Yangmingism, Mori wrote no texts that dealt specifically with the treason incident. However, his novel Oshio Heihachiro, a key Japanese Yangmingist, includes certain allusions to socialism, and through reference to this novel, Mori’s thought on Yangmingism and socialism will be examined.\n\nBefore the High Treason Incident, Inoue believed that Oshio’s Yangmingism was the cause of the socialist rebellion that he led. For Inoue, Yangmingism could be connected with socialism. Mori also adopted a critical view of Oshio, but did not straightforwardly link Oshio’s rebellious acts with his Yangmingism. According to Mori’s interpretation, Oshio’s Yangmingism and the violence of the rebellion should be separated. Mori termed Oshio’s brand of socialism “still unawakened” and criticized its violence. On this point, his ideas about Yangmingism, socialism and Oshio different from Inoue’s, which connected them all. How the High Treason Incident then influenced Mori’s literary production is a subject for subsequent
