We send the parameter <i>&theta;</i> which<br />presents the non-commutativity to &infin;.　The other is the UV/IR mixing that ultra-<br />violet divergences in the commutative case change into infrared divergences due to<br />non-commutative parameter <i>&theta;</i>.　Then, we study whether nonplaner diagrams disap-<br />pear,when we fix <i>&theta;</i> and take the external momentum <i>p</i> → &infin; limit instead.　We<br />perform explicit two loop calculation to confirm the above limit by using perturbation<br />theory.　And, we calculate the effective action of non-commutative gauge theories to see<br />infrared singular terms due to UV/IR mixing.
