| 内容記述 | 研究成果の概要（和文）： 本研究は、戦前・戦中の日本で、量子力学が移入され、原子物理学の研究伝統が形成されて 行く過程と、それがなされた制度的、社会的、そして文化的な背景を明らかにした。とくにこ の過程で重要な役割を果たした仁科芳雄についての伝記的調査を行った。 研究成果の概要（英文）： This study has illuminated the process in which a research tradition of nuclear physics was established in Japan through the introduction of quantum mechanics, and the institutional, social and cultural backgrounds against which this process took place. In addition, it carried out biographical researches of Nishina Yoshio, who played a critical role in this process. |
