The cross sections are measured to high precision in the two-photon center-of-mass energy (W) range of 2.4 GeV \u003c W \u003c 4.1 GeV and angular region of |cosθ*| \u003c 0.6. The cross section ratio σ(γγ → K\u003cSUP\u003e+\u003c/SUP\u003eK\u003cSUP\u003e-\u003c/SUP\u003e) /σ(γγ → π\u003cSUP\u003e+\u003c/SUP\u003eπ\u003cSUP\u003e-\u003c/SUP\u003e) is measured to be 0.89 ± 0.04 ± 0.15 in the range of 3.0 GeV \u003c W \u003c 4.1 GeV, where the ratio is energy independent. We observe a sin\u003cSUP\u003e-4\u003c/SUP\u003e θ* behavior of the cross section in the same W range. Production of χ\u003cSUB\u003ec0\u003c/SUB\u003e and χ\u003cSUB\u003ec2\u003c/SUB\u003e mesons is observed in both γγ → π\u003cSUP\u003e+\u003c/SUP\u003eπ\u003cSUP\u003e-\u003c/SUP\u003e and γγ → K\u003cSUP\u003e+\u003c/SUP\u003eK\u003cSUP\u003e-\u003c/SUP\u003e modes. 内容記述 | We have measured π<SUP>+</SUP>π<SUP>-</SUP> and K<SUP>+</SUP>K<SUP>-</SUP> production in two-photon collisions using 87.7fb<SUP>-1</SUP> of data collected with the Belle detector at the asymmetric energy e<SUP>+</SUP>e-<SUP>-</SUP> collidor KEKB. The cross sections are measured to high precision in the two-photon center-of-mass energy (W) range of 2.4 GeV < W < 4.1 GeV and angular region of |cosθ*| < 0.6. The cross section ratio σ(γγ → K<SUP>+</SUP>K<SUP>-</SUP>) /σ(γγ → π<SUP>+</SUP>π<SUP>-</SUP>) is measured to be 0.89 ± 0.04 ± 0.15 in the range of 3.0 GeV < W < 4.1 GeV, where the ratio is energy independent. We observe a sin<SUP>-4</SUP> θ* behavior of the cross section in the same W range. Production of χ<SUB>c0</SUB> and χ<SUB>c2</SUB> mesons is observed in both γγ → π<SUP>+</SUP>π<SUP>-</SUP> and γγ → K<SUP>+</SUP>K<SUP>-</SUP> modes.
